The lounge staff, especially Bharathi, was exceptionally polite and highly responsible towards the passengers. The area was impeccably neat and clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Bharathi's professionalism truly enhanced the overall experience, making it a great spot for relaxation.

I had a great experience at The Lounge in Guwahati Airport. The ambiance was calm and relaxing. The seating was comfortable with plenty of charging points, making it convenient for business travelers and those needing to catch up on work. The food selection was impressive, offering a variety of fresh, flavorful vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Pleasant inside with very little crowded. Limited food options were there, but whatever was there, it was good and tasty. Washrooms are clean, and Wi-Fi connectivity was good. Economical for short stays. Overall experience was good.
